RiverLife 35th Anniversary
As we celebrate 35 years of God’s faithfulness, we are reminded of who He has created us to be and what He has created us to do. Let us commit ourselves to God, to one another, and to partner Him to see His kingdom come and His will be done on earth!
A Family: We commit ourselves to God as well as to one another. The church family is where we belong and grow as disciples so that His purposes may be fulfilled through us. (Ephesians 2:19-20)
Set Apart: We commit to being set apart for God and His purposes. (2 Chronicles 7:16)
For God’s Glory: We do not exist for ourselves. We exist to display God’s glory by bringing healing and reconciliation to a lost and broken world (Isaiah 61:1). Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit to be the river that brings life wherever we go! (Ezekiel 47:2)

Worship Centre (Level 3)
A night inspired by David's longing to dwell in God's presence (Psalm 27:4), Jesus' earnest desire to share fellowship with His disciples (Luke 22:14-15), and His call to watch and pray with Him (Matthew 26:38). We will spend time with the Lord through scripture, worship and prayer.
Together, we will give thanks for God's faithfulness throughout RiverLife's journey, remember His calling upon our church, and consecrate ourselves afresh to His purposes for the years ahead.

EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
8-week journey beginning Sun, 30 Aug as part of our continuous efforts in Disciple Making
In July 2025, our journey through Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS) helped us recognise that it is impossible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. This year, as we journey through Emotionally Healthy Relationships (EHR) together, we will discover how loving God and loving others cannot be separated. Our love for God must flow into mature, loving relationships with others.
Our 8-week EHR journey comprises:
Daily centering ourselves on God and His word using the EHR Day By Day devotional. Do make it a priority to purchase this devotional as it is an essential component of the journey.
Weekly sermons expounding on the biblical principles behind relational skills taught in EHR.
Weekly cell time for learning through video teachings, sharing authentically and living out the relational skills we will be equipped with. The EHR Workbook is optional, suitable for those who wish to deepen their learning with more material that will supplement the video teachings.
EHS and EHR make up the two-part Emotionally Healthy Discipleship course (www.emotionallyhealthy.org).

ANNIVERSARY SERMON SERIES
PART 1: LET THE RIVER FLOW
Sundays at 9am | 5, 12, 19, 26 Jul
Ezekiel 47 describes a river unlike any ordinary body of water. Powered by the very Presence and Spirit of God, it revives, restores and refreshes – helping everything around it flourish with life and fruit. Jesus proclaimed that this Spirit-empowered life-giving river flows within those who draw strength and sustenance from Him (John 7:38).
Part 1 of our Anniversary Sermon Series explores four traits that we can cultivate today, so that we may become effective carriers of God’s living water for others. Together, we will see God’s glory displayed through changed hearts, changed homes, changed communities and changed nations!
PART 2: THE CHURCH
Sundays at 9am | 2, 9, 16 & 23 Aug
“His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Ephesians 3:10-11
Take a moment to pause and take this in – God included us, His church, in His redemption plan with mankind. How could it be that the Creator of all things would desire to partner us in reconciling the world to Him and use us to display His manifold wisdom and glory?
Part 2 of our Anniversary Sermon Series will restore awe and reverence for God’s original design and intent for us as the body of Christ. We will gain clarity on our God-given identity and mission as His family. As we celebrate 35 years of God’s faithfulness, it is our prayer that He will keep us burning passionately and brightly for Him!
