Senior Pastor Vincent Lun
Vincent is married to Jenny and they have a son, Wei Ming, and a daughter, Wei Shi. A common love in their family is for sports. Vincent also loves to read, travel and watch movies. He grew up in Malaysia.
At the age of 18, he left for further studies in Australia, where he also came to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Vincent was baptised in 1979 and was the first in his family to come to faith. Since then, his parents and four siblings have also come to faith.
After graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Vincent worked as an Auditor with one of the big public accounting firms in Singapore. He was invited to come on staff by Bartley Christian Church in 1985. In 1991, when Bartley planted a new church in Pasir Ris, now called RiverLife Church, Vincent and Pastor Joseph Tang were assigned to pioneer the new work there.
Under Vincent's passionate leadership, RiverLife has grown into a dynamic, outreach-minded cell church with a vision to see lives radically transformed into disciples of Christ, God’s kingdom established in our society and to be a blessing to the nations. His heart’s deepest desire is to fulfill God’s purpose in this generation through the local church and to be able to stand before God one day and say, “I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)
Vincent holds a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Theological College in Singapore.

Jenny Lun, Director of Christian Education and SuperLife People Group Leader
Jenny is married to Senior Pastor Vincent Lun, whom she met in Bartley Church where they were both working as full-time staff. Their friendship grew over the years and they got married in 1988. They have a son Wei Ming, and a daughter Wei Shi.
Jenny accepted Christ at the age of 14 through a schoolmate. She joined Bartley Church two years later, attending the Bartley Youth Fellowship. Jenny grew in passion for church ministry in her late teens and was baptised at the age of 21. Around 1981, God confirmed her calling when she was invited by the Pastor of Bartley Church to join the staff team. Jenny started out working in Youth Ministry, and was subsequently assigned to oversee Christian Education and Children Ministry. She later became a member of the Management Team.
In 1991, Jenny stepped down from full-time ministry in Bartley Church as their second child was on the way and Pastor Vincent was assigned to lead the new church plant in Pasir Ris. After a few years as a full-time mother, she gradually went into freelance teaching/training work in various institutions and companies such as MOE, NUS and NTU. Jenny joined RiverLife as a full-time staff in 2007 and presently serves as RiverLife’s Director of Christian Education and People Group Leader of SuperLife, our Children Ministry.
Over the years, Jenny has realised that her passion is to build the local church by promoting spiritual growth in people through the teaching of God’s word.
Jenny holds a Masters in Arts (Educational Ministries) from Wheaton College Graduate School, USA and a Masters in Arts (Applied Linguistics) from NIE/NTU, Singapore.
Your Idea Of A Perfect Day: Wake up late, a long breakfast, followed by window-shopping in the afternoon. Then I’ll meet a good friend for tea, and chat for as long I like without worrying about cooking dinner for the family or doing housework.

Pastor Lim Teck Boon
Teck Boon came to the Lord in 1977 at a youth camp, and was baptised in 1978. He is married to Wendy whom he met in church. Wendy is currently working at Riverside Resource and together, they have a son and daughter – Nathanael and Natasha. Teck Boon holds a Masters in Divinity from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Missouri, USA and a Masters in Arts (Business Management) and Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, Virginia, USA.
Previously, he worked in the Air Force for seven years as a RSAF aircraft mechanic. Around 1992, he felt God calling him to full-time ministry. After finishing his contract with the Air Force, he joined RiverLife (then known as Pasir Ris Christian Church) in 1996 as a Church Administrator, helping to coordinate the pioneering of a new church. He later served as Youth Pastor – where he pioneered a youth church and then Missions Pastor from 1999, providing oversight and direction for church missionary efforts.
Teck Boon has a heart for the nations and his life verse is Revelation 7:9-10, which describes how every nation, tribe, people and language will worship God one day. His passion is to strengthen the church to fulfil her purpose. He believes that RiverLife is the local church where God has placed him and where his passion can be nurtured and expressed.
Teck Boon loves to read and travel.

Pastor Philip Huan
Philip has pastored for 11 years in the areas of Worship, Associate and Lead Pastorship. He is married to Jenni, whom he met in Trinity Theological College, Singapore. They have a daughter, Abigayle Ru-el, and a son, Keith Emet. Jenni previously served as an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church and currently devotes most of her time to the family while writing regularly for Christian publications, and speaking in different churches and retreats.
Philip was brought up in a Christian home and was baptised when he was 16 years old. Around the age of 17, he experienced a filling of the Holy Spirit, which became a turning point in his Christian walk as he experienced the reality of God’s love and felt called into full-time ministry. One of Philip’s life mission statement is, “to walk intimately with God everyday of my life for the rest of my life, even as Enoch did.”
Philip avails himself to preach, teach & consult with churches and has ministered to over 40 churches the last two years. Philip has also taught adjunct on Leadership and Preaching in Singapore Bible College. In 2009, Philip was invited by Senior Pastor Vincent Lun to consult with RiverLife for nine months. He subsequently joined the staff team as a pastor, serving in the areas of Discipleship Restructuring, Leadership Development and oversight of Family and Adult Cell Groups.
Philip is passionate about preaching and leadership, and has a vision for church planting and church growing in order to raise healthy and great local churches, which is the outpost of God’s kingdom.
Philip holds a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Theological College, Singapore, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary, USA. His hobbies include soccer and reading.

Pastor Ng Chye Aik
Chye Aik received Christ at the age of 14, and was baptised in the same year. He is married to Adeline, whom he met at a small group meeting. They have a beautiful daughter, Charlene. Adeline is a teacher and currently serves as a back-up vocalist and choir member in RiverLife.
God started calling Chye Aik into full-time ministry when he was in his late teens. Since then, his passion to see nations reached and lives touched kept burning stronger and stronger. After graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Chye Aik worked as an engineer for five years. While he was on a business trip, God spoke to him clearly to let go of his engineering job, to “follow me and I’ll make you a fisher of men” (Matthew 4:19). That day, Chye Aik decided to let go of everything to follow Christ and to enter into full-time ministry.
Chye Aik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the Assemblies of God Bible College, Singapore. He has been serving in full-time ministry for more than ten years in pastoral leadership. In June 2006, at the invitation of Senior Pastor Vincent Lun, Chye Aik joined RiverLife as a full-time pastoral staff.
He currently oversees the cells of young people between the ages of 13 to 25. He also oversees the corporate prayer meeting and direction, and does preaching and teaching in various church platforms. Chye Aik’s passion is to train, equip and mobilise young people to rise to their God-given potential, to influence and reach people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
Chye Aik’s hobbies include reading, going to the gym and watching movies.

Pastor Betty Lin
Betty grew up in a farming area of Taiwan. She came to know the Lord through an English bible study class. She was working for an international trading company then and attended the class with the desire to improve her English. She eventually accepted Jesus as her personal Saviour in 1983, and was baptised in 1985.
In less than two years time after her conversion, Betty received the call from God to enter into full-time ministry. Eventually, she went to the USA to pursue her theological training. Betty holds a Masters in Arts (Biblical Literature) from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, USA.
She started to serve as a pastor since 1993. While in Taiwan, she taught at Bible College and did pastoral work in local churches. Subsequently, she came to serve in Singapore in the area of Christian Education and Cell Ministry. Betty came to RiverLife Church in June 2008 as a consultant, and became a permanent pastoral staff in September 2008. Betty is currently the Pastor overseeing the Chinese People Group, providing oversight of both the Dialect and Mandarin congregations.
Betty fully believes that the local church is the hope of the world, a big family where people can find true relationship and love Her passion is to help believers grow in their understanding of the Word, to disciple them to be Christ-like, and equip leaders for Kingdom service.

Jackson Lim
Jackson accepted Christ as his personal Saviour in 1978 at a Billy Graham Crusade, just after completing his O’levels. He was baptised in 1981. In 1983, Jackson started attending Bartley Christian Church and began to serve in the Youth Fellowship and subsequently, the Young Adults Ministry.
In 1994, Jackson moved to RiverLife Church. Over the years, he has served as a cell leader, an Area Overseer in MegaLife, and Zone Overseer of ONELife, the early career cells. He also took oversight of the Praise & Worship for MegaLife and in 1997, served as a worship leader for the English Adult service.
Jackson holds a Masters of Science in Computer Studies from the University of Essex, England. He started out his career as a Programmer Analyst, and then as a Systems Engineer. He has spent 17 years of his working life in IBM. Over the years, he has been tasked to a diverse spectrum of roles, which have included sales, business development and human resource.
The call to full-time ministry was impressed upon Jackson’s heart since his days as a youth, and continued to grow steadily over the years. In 2009, after prayerful consideration and dialogue with Senior Pastor Vincent Lun, Jackson joined RiverLife as a full-time staff, and was granted two years Leave of Absence from IBM. Presently, he provides pastoral oversight for cells under ONELife and oversees the programming of weekly Youth and English Adult services, as well as special events.
Jackson is passionate about discipleship and enjoys being part of the faith community that is church – a community that looks out for each other and reaches out to minister to the needs of society as an expression of worship and love for God, and His purposes.
He believes that coffee is a gift from God and is a firm supporter of Arsenal Football Club.

Tony Lee
Tony became a Christian in 1978, after his cousin shared the gospel with him. He was baptised in Bartley Christian Church in 1981. He is married to Koon Eng, whom he met while serving in Singapore Campus Crusade for Christ. Koon Eng is currently a homemaker, and serves actively with Tony in cells, missions and the Healing & Wholeness ministry. They have a son, Joshua.
Before joining RiverLife, Tony worked in the SAF for more than 25 years, holding the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel (S). Tony has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Leadership & Organisational Development, Civil Service College, Singapore.
Tony was one of the 123 pioneer members from Bartley Christian Church who came over to start RiverLife church (then known as Pasir Ris Christian Church). He started serving as a Sunday school teacher before progressing to youth ministry and adult cell leadership. He eventually became a Zone Overseer and a team leader serving in the Healing & Wholeness ministry.
In early 2007, the Lord’s call for him to step out from his ministry in the army became very clear, and in 2009 he joined RiverLife as full-time staff. He is now a Zone Overseer, providing pastoral care over cells in the Family and Adults People Group, and a missions staff. He also assists in corporate planning and teaches Christian education courses. Tony’s life purpose is to grow in intimacy with God; build strong loving relationship with his family; and help others discover and develop to achieve their maximum potential.
His hobbies include swimming, cycling and reading.

Sarah Leung
Sarah grew up in a Christian home in Malaysia. She made a personal commitment to follow Christ when she was 12, and was baptised when she was 14. In 1989, Sarah left for Australia to pursue a double degree in Business (Accounting) and Computing (Information Technology) at Monash University. There, she also met her husband, Bill, who is from Hong Kong. Both of them served as leaders in the Overseas Christian Fellowship. After a year of courtship, Sarah and Bill were married in 1994.
Sarah started her professional career with a multi-national IT solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur for six months before she moved over and worked in the Singapore office for the next six years. In between, Sarah quit her job for about a year after giving birth to twin girls, Hannah and Tammy, at the end of 1996. That was also the year when Bill and Sarah started attending RiverLife and began serving in the music ministry and later as cell leaders. In 2000, Sarah and five others founded a real estate firm. Over three years, she set up and led the IT department and general operations before joining RiverLife as a full-time staff in 2002.
Currently, Sarah oversees a large segment of our church operations support staff –worship & music staff, technical & production and video staff, communication & design staff, hospitality staff and pastoral operations support staff. On a voluntary basis, Sarah also serves alongside Bill who is the Area Overseer of a cluster of cells in OneLife.
Sarah and Bill are passionately committed to the mission and values of RiverLife Church. Their life vision is to fulfil God’s purpose in their generation and to raise their children to do the same. As a couple, they love to go on holidays and take long walks together with their children. Sarah herself loves music and plays the piano to relax. She also loves spending her nights having fun with her girls.
