Spiritual Growth Through Community
God has called us not just to believe but also to belong. When we believe in Christ, we become God's children. Other believers become our brothers and sisters in Christ and the church becomes our spiritual family. The Bible in 1 Peter 1:3 says " for it is his boundless mercy that has given us the privilege of being born again so that we are now members of God's own family."
God has also said, "It is not good for the man to be alone" (Genesis 2:18). It is when we are in relationship or community with other believers that we can experience transformational spiritual growth. That is why in RiverLife Church, we meet regularly in small groups called cells for worship, bible study, prayer and mutual encouragement.
If you have made RiverLife your spiritual home, join one of our cells so that you too, can be part of a life-building community and experience spiritual growth. You can choose the cell that you want to be part of based on where you live, your availability and affinity with the other people in the group.
